Information You Send Us
When you submit the quote form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field. The form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service, which delivers the submission to our email inbox. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how it handles submissions on its servers.
If you call or email us directly, we keep the correspondence and any project details you share, such as site addresses, photos, drawings, and measurements, as part of the job file.
Information Collected Automatically
- Server logs. The site is hosted by Netlify. Like every web host, Netlify records standard technical information about each request, such as the IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
- Cookies and analytics. We do not set cookies, and this site does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If we add a visitor-analytics tool in the future, we will update this page to say what it collects.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your quote request, prepare an estimate, schedule a site visit, and complete the work.
- To keep business records of the jobs we perform, including photos of completed installations.
- To follow up on a request you made. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be on one.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Who We Share It With
Only the service providers that make the site and our business work: Formspree for form processing, Netlify for hosting, Google for fonts and for the email service that holds our inbox, and, when a job requires it, subcontractors or suppliers who need site details to complete your project. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Project Photos
We photograph completed installations for our records and our portfolio. Photos on this site show signage and graphics, not people, and we do not publish a client's name alongside a project without permission. If you would prefer that your project not appear in our portfolio, tell us before or after the install and we will honor it.
How Long We Keep It
Quote requests and job records are kept as long as we need them for the project, for warranty purposes, and for ordinary business and tax record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your quote request at any time.
Your Choices
- You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing or calling us.
- You can request a quote by phone instead of using the form.
- Your browser can block third-party requests such as fonts. The site still works without them.
Links to Other Sites
Some articles link to outside resources such as code organizations and government agencies. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
